Things happen! We want to ensure you have the highest quality experience. 

All services require preparation time to ensure your session is ready upon arrival whether in person or virtually. We kindly ask for the following considerations when booking or canceling an appointment:

• Notification Period: To cancel an appointment and receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made via email: thegiftofkoko@gmail.com or by phone: (404) 855-1728.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled session please refer to the following based on your appointment type:
  • Virtual (Zoom): A refund will be issued for 50% of the total amount paid and the remaining 50% will be retained. 
  • In-person: 100% of the total amount paid will be retained. 
• No Show: 100% of the total amount paid will be retained. 
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
• Emergency Situations: If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice due to a sudden emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle your situation with flexibility and understanding. 
• Confirmation of Understanding: By booking an appointment with Cosmic KoKo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
